Drilled out, used Unibit, and rotary rasp to prepare FW SafeAir pass-thru fitting for sensor wiring. Located near sensor manifold, above FW recess, close to centerline for convenience.
Glad I haven't riveted the FW recess into position. Enlarged two corner rivet holes, and used the one-leg nutplates as templates to drill holes for bolt and rivets. Very awkward to work on FW penetrations with engine hung, but difficult to work around the spatial orientation without it hung.
Struggled with right-angle drill, stainless steel, and tight spaces. Got one nutplate installed for hose clamps that secure oil pressure hose.
