Mounted the F-6118 center brace, on the 'long' position and adjusted the Rt/Lt ends evenly from the firewall (3" to fwd ends). Clamped and drilled 3/16th" bolt holes in the angles using the previously drilled holes in the UHMW blocks.
It was vey minor on the left side, and more prominent on the right side - scouring the inside of the fuselage skins with the chuck during drilling. Actually the surface will need some ScotchBrite and a little primer touch-up. The 90deg chuck is smooth, so it's more visible in the factory primer than on the surface of the AL.
