Degreased all weldment, (flaps, brakes/rudder pedals, control sticks) and painted with GBP988 self etching primer.
Set up a jig on the table edge with UHMW blocks to install and align brake cylinder attach bolts. Filed and inserted brass bushings in the control sticks (need to order 1/4" ream from Avery) and used a temporary 3/16" bolt to assembly with mounts and control stick tube.
Re-installed the flap control weldment. Need to work on nutplates for the UHMW center block. Used temporary bolts for assembling and fitting attachments.
Lots of follow-up on these components, this is just the preliminary fitting, identifying parts, positions, and basic fit.
