Carefully reviewed and adjusted the control stick movements, clearnace and range of motion. Measured the UP and DOWN of R & L elevastors (28 deg UP, 15 L Down, 14 R Down). Had to remove HEIM fittings and turn the ends to fine tune the ailerons. Initially was not getting symmetric L & R limits and result was only a 1 deg ifference on the R Down versus L Down, otherwise equal.
Added required washers and torqued fasteners.
Need to re-calibrate flap stops, after tightening the control tube center retention block last week.
