Brief Description: Rigging - ailerons & elevator trim
Several days of rigging adjustments and assembly of the bolts/nuts/washers on the entire flight control mechanisms.
Manual trim cable installed in a padded location on the center console, and added the trim tab mounting bracket on the elevator. Complied with SB on 'nut weldment' for the nut on the trim bracket. Ordered a replacement clevis assembly.
Checked and adjusted the aileron travel and made tests of 'range of motion' and limits. More symetrical limits and all pivot points have the final nuts/bolts/washers. Torqued to spec.
