In the process of safetieing the bolts on the roll servo, it was clear the arm cannot travel to the Right because it's constrained by the fuselage. This makes the limit stop bracket moot on that side, but it was also interfering with installing the servo. The bracket was cut-off on that side. The Right side travel is constrained by the aileron stops, but the bracket will serve as a useful but non-essential reminder of over-travel risks.
Temporarily installed the servo again, checked all travel limits, and constraints. Need to remove again, safetie and re-install the servo.
