Sent an email to Avery Tools and included a 'list' of tools in the RV-Toolkit on their website. I added a couple of items and deleted a few items that I already own. Sandra Browning was very helpful with a couple of thoughtful recommendations.
Sandra also advised me that it was "Oshkosh week" and they had some items discounted more than normal. Of course, this is good news. Unfortunately, the Sioux drill and hand-squeezer are Back-ordered. Sandra emphasized that these items would be shipped in a follow WITHOUT charge since they were out of stock. Very happy with this customer serviced approach.
Looking for the first delivery by next Tue/Wed. And the B/O'ed items within a week - to follow.
