Received the bulk of the Avery Tools RV ToolKit today. Back-ordered items included the Sioux air drill and 3" yoke for the hand-squeezer.
Inventoried and everything on the list is there, otherwise. Forget to take off the hand-seamer because I have one, but on inspection decided that the Avery unit is better - everybody needs two of some tools anyway.
The general quality and packaging seem very good. Everything was easy to identify and condition of the packages shows no sign of shipping stress. A few tools require 'some assembly' but only a few. Everything else is ready to go.
Considering the "Oshkosh specials" this week, the SmartLevel was $10 less than the 'cheap' digital level at Harbor Freight and my confidence is level is much higher than the price difference.
This was a 'modified' RV Toolkit because I added a few and subtracted a few. I would have liked to get the DRDT-2 c-frame dimpler but the price difference was too large to justify for a QB. Maybe when/IF I become a 'repeat offender' and build an RV-9A ...
