Split the end of a wooden dowel and wrapped in a short piece of emery clothe to spin on a cordless screwdriver. With a little Boelube, it cleaned-up the burrs, primer overspray, and allowed a nice snug fit on the spar bolts. Used a wooden block to tap the bolts in to test.
Used a little wiggle on the laminated spar stack to be sure that the layers didn't interfere. Did both left and right wings while sitting on the wing cart.
