Finally bought the 2nd drill extension so I could drill through the ribs and enlarge the holes for the conduit, using the 7/8th" unibit.
Will need to place a daub of RTV on a few ribs to secure the conduit.
Vacuumed out the chips and cleaned up. Deburred the holes before inserting the conduit, too. Left extra on the inboard end (spar end), and will trim later.
