Finally, worked on securing the flap brace to the rear spar.
Attached the flap to the hinge and folded it down (extended) so that the hinge line would be secure and straight - but provide access to the area needing to be drilled.
Drilled only to #40 and clecoed the brace. Re-installed the flap and will locate adequate rivets and complete this later. Will be drilled out to #30, deburred, touch-up primer, and rivet.
Because this is a QB, it will require 'blind rivets' for most of the length. If I complete this before riveting the top skin (W-603) then the firt 7 or 8 (outbd) rivets can be 'normal' and the remainder will be BS.
