Hand polished the R aileron, checked fit with the appropriate spacers. Found interference with the inboard bracket & the pin for the flap. The interference is very slight, and eliminated with a slight notch in the edge of the bracket. (Rounded and polished smooth)
Replaced one rivet on the L gap seal and wing top skin. (The shophead was not formed well and the hole enlarged from being drilled out once.) Redrilled the hole and used a CS 4-3 pull rivet. Installed the L aileron and checked (measured range of motion) ... (add here). Not perfectly aligned with the pilot control stick and needs control tube rigging adjustments.
