Brief Description:  Gap Seal - re-do rivets

After a good work session on 7/6/16, I installed the aileron for test fit and found interference between the aileron and gap seal. Scratches resulted on the aileron.

Found that the gap seal had 5 rivets that were not properly 'set' and the shopheads failed to hold the top wing skin to the seal. Instead the gap seal was depressed with by the rivets.

Had to drill out all the pull rivets and about 6 or7 AN426AD3-3 flush rivets in the section affected and set new AN426 replacements. Didn't detect problems and installed all the new pull rivets.

After installing the aileron for testing, the gap seall was detected as having one rivet not set. (Will have to remove and replace - with pull rivet.)
