Addressed Detail D on Dwg 17 regarding the flap section at the step-up at the spar root. Already ordered rivets (CherryMax) to re-rivet the flap brace, but needed to bend the in-board end of the flap 'nose' to clear the rivets, too.

Then finished sanding down the rudder bottom fairing where I added micro to fix cracks in the gelcoat.

Finally, spent considerable time on the aileron stop, range of movement, and alignment. Added a stop-block on the in-board aileron mount to limit 'upward' limit of the left aileron (will later add limit to upward limit of right aileron). Determined that 30 degs of 'up' travel was well within range and fabricated a 1/4" block to stop it there. This was still beyond the movement permitted by the flap hinge pin passing through the mount.

Need Vans support to determine if the aileron bracket can be notched to eliminate pin interference. (Interference because of inserting pin thru aileron mount.)
