Finished minor details on Lt aileron UP limit block, then fabricated and clecoed a Rt wing limit block. Easier to fabricate then prototype the first one.
#3 - Flap hinge pin interference - or install the pin from the root end? Looked at the clearance and work-arounds.
#2 - "wing shop area" of the hangar, working on the wing cart which has a negative (the bottom of the wing is not reachable). If required to reach something, it must be OVER the other wing. Would be nice to put it on a stand instead.
Fabricated a splice patch for the flap brace - providing a method to countersink/dimple the attach to the spar root plate properly. Otherwise, the tools are not able to access the material. A real pain to correct a previous oversight.
