I cut a piece of heat resistance foam with adhesive to the correct size, cut a slot for the arm and holes for the rivets, cleaned the flap with acetone and then applied the foam. The foam is a bit thicker than I would like, but Its all I have in the kit, so I chamfered the edges near the ends until I got a nice fit. I then riveted the top and flap side of the box, leaving the other side clecod until I get the missing parts for the heater hose attachment.
