Brief Description: 1 - Assembled heater flap to hinge
I riveted the hinge to the heater flap with countersunk rivets, taped a shim to the opposite and put the assembly in a vise to start the countersunk lap seam. I finished the lap seam by tapping with a small hammer and a straight edge, then finessed it with a hand bender.
