Firewall rear seat heat valve instalation -Drilled pilot hole in firewall heat valve location -Used 1 15/16" Knockout Punch to make necessary hole -Deburred and smoothed hole edges -Installed heat valve with #3 bolts and fire seal
Mixture Bracket Installation -Had to trim the Mixture Bracket on grinding wheel to fit around oil sump port. -Assembled linkage arm to mixture servo arm. -Much trial and error trying to get the travel correct to get full throw on mixture arm without binding and to get clearance from the starter assymbly.
Prop Governor Bracket Install -Loosened screw on back of prop governor and clocked arm to the 2 o'clock position -Tightened all screws, then removed the top three screws to install the governor bracket and reinstatlled and tightened.
