Brief Description: Assembling left and right seat floors.
Removed the left and right seat floors.
Machine countersink the F805C floor support angles, the #40 nutplate rivet attach holes in the F805F-1 spaceers, and the inboard rib angle used for mounting the F-837 aft conrol mount.
Drilled holes in the outer seat rib angles for attaching nutplates for the forward bolts of the F-445 flap bearing blocks. Nutplates installed and riveted.
Left and Right seat floors assembled on the bench, all floor stiffeners separated and edges smoothed and installed on the bottom of the seat floors.
Rear seat hinge and all stiffeners match drilled to floors.
