Brief Description:  Flap bearing blocks and flap actuator weldment ins

Drilled to #40 nutplate rivet attach holes for the two aft bolt holes for the aft control mount.

Prepared the f-445 Flap Bearing Blocks by trimming the corners to plans specification and drilling #10 two mounting holes in each block for AN3-17 bolts. I fit the flap bearing blocks on the the Flap Actuator Weldment and temporarily installed with the AN3-17 bolts. Unfortunately I couldnt get the aft bolts to seat because they interfered with the aft seatbelt attachment brackets. I did a quick search on the forum to see if anyone else had the same issues as I was having. I found the solution was to just trim back the seatbelt bracket flange to provide the necessary clearance. I removed both brackets and did a comparison with the plans and it was apparent the bracket flange wasnt trimmed to the angle or slant in the plans. A quick trip to the bandsaw and the scotchbrite wheel and all was well again. I reinstalled the aft seatbelt attach brackets and match drilled the two remaining holes thru the flap bearing blocks into the floor.

Separated the seat floor stiffeners F-830B-1 and deburred and smoothed the edges for assembly.
