Brief Description:  Cowl hinges, air box seals installed-Air scoop epo

Today, we mixed up some epoxy and micro and then after applying it, we then riveted all the remaining hinges on the cowl. We were careful not to crush the loops and left the pins in, in hopes this would make the pins easier to get in and out. I then ran the pins through the loops using an electric drill to clean out any epoxy that may have gotten in the loops. See Image #1. ....We then drilled the air box for air seals and riveted them in place using pulled rivets. See Image #2 Uncidentally, you can see that the carb heat muff will need to be re-oriented and shorted before we will be able to hook it to carb heat flange. ..... I then sanded the air scoop some more on the inside and out and opened the hole to the left some more. When things seemed smooth, we painted a thin layer of slightly diluted epoxy as seen in Image #3.
