Brief Description: Fit cowl to air box/Fit side hinges
We put the bottom cowl on and off a half dozen times in order to get the air scoop to fit to filtered air box with a 1/4" clearance. The fit is good except on the left side where the air scoop doesn't extend out far enough when compared to the left side of the air box. I added some more glass to the outside of the scoop and sanded off some of the inside of the scoop to better match the box. We also had to do some alterations to get the hinges at the side of the cowl to line up. Claude also installed the plexi lens on the recessed nav/strobe lights on the wing tips.
