Brief Description:  Scoop glassed, cowl hinges, wing tip filled, etc

Today, we tried to catch up some loose ends. I filled some defects in the air scoop and when dry, sanded them down and applied yet another layer of glass inside the scoop. This should be the last except for one more out side after we chip out the foam. The left wind tip junction with the wing was not very smooth so last night I had put micro balloons down and today, I sanded them down using masking tape to protect the wing and I think that it looks much better. We also used some micro and epoxy and after drilling 1/4" holes in the side hinges of the bottom cowl, we riveted them in place. Today, I was careful in setting the rivets, that I didn't squeeze the hinge loops and also I left the hinge pins in while riveting so that I hope the pins will slip in and out better.
