Nell helped me fit drill and rivet the carb heat lever in place on the heat door. We drilled the carb heat inlet and clecoed it in place. See Image #1. We then put the carb and air box back on the engine. We then did a little more fitting of the foam form . We had to thin it by 1/2" to allow it to fit between the cowl and the air box. I, then, fixed it in place with several "globs" of Bondo. See pink globs in Image #2. Tomorrow, we will put the lower cowl on and try to cut a hole in the foam that matches the air inlet and air box.
