Today we cut the air seals for both aft sides & mounted them with clecoes. The rear corners on both sides came out nicely after I finally understood how a "V" needed to be cut at the corner to make it lie down. There should be no air leak there. We are having some difficulty trying to get the front section of the forward right side seal the air inlet ramps but we think that if we cut it leaving a rounded nose like seen just under the forward yellow (see Image #1) that we will get it sealed but we will have to recut one of the pieces. When we get this finalized the left side should work the same way. ----- It is interesting for me to look back exactly one year ago today and see the "rat nests" we had in our wiring coming out of the left wing root. It is hard to believe that we finally got all these wires straightened out and hooked up to the panel. I think I remember that the most difficult task was getting them all run through the spar box!
