Cut holes in the rear baffles for mag blast tube and on the right for the air intake for the cabin heat flange. We decided to use a 1.25" inlet hole. It was suggested in the plans to retrict the air flow and said typically it took some where between 1-1.5 in holes and we should use an adjustible inflow to see which works the best. Since we don't have such an animal, we decided to split the difference and use 1.25". We did some more fitting etc. I don't think we will ever finish.
