Brief Description:  Oil cooler mounting begun

Claude is finally feeling better after his bout with the flu and I am glad. I have been putting off mounting the oil cooler until we had 2 heads figuring it out. After much measuring and trial fitting, we cut the rear baffle so that the cooler would just fit under the oil cooler support that we added and would also allow us to rivet nut plates on the angle we had put on the rear side baffle. In Image #1 you can see that we were able to do that and have riveted the stiffener and the inboard nut plates on and have drilled for nut plates on the out board side. Image #2 shows that we had to take a circular "divot" out of the rear inboard flange on the oil cooler flange to let the cooler clear the motor mount. I hope we can get the cooler and baffle mounted tomorrow. I feel that would be a good mile stone.
