Brief Description:  Side covers 904 bulkhead-Camlocks installed

I had "found" the side covers for the 904 bulkhead in our parts bin. I had to look up the part number to find out where they went. Somehow when we were working on the bulkheads a year ago, we had overlooked them. I had primed them yesterday and today, I installed them and riveted them in place using pop rivets. While I was inside the plane, I took the opportunity to clean it up some. I had delayed this until I had finished sanding on the wind screen fairing because of all the fiber glass dust sanding makes. It is amazing how many little washers I found. I don't remember dropping that many. I then drilled out the canopy pilot holes to accept the camlocks and installed them. I dropped one of the little locking rings and couldn't find it so I have one camlock not installed. Other than that, they were easy to install. I still haven't adjusted the depth of the locks so I hope I am not speaking too early. I then put the top cowl back on and marked the side baffle in the place I will have to cut it to get it to line up with the air inlet ramp. I did not cut it because I want to think about it some more. I think that it will be OK there. I hope that I didn't cut the inlet ramps too narrow when I cut them to fit inside the baffles. If I did I will have to add an inch or so if the sealing material wants to tuck in not over the ramps.
