Brief Description:  Baffles trimmed last time?-Oil cooler brace-EIS pr

We fit all the baffles in & marked & trimmed them for the last time. This time I mean it! They all now are painted and in place. I had ordered a brace for the oil cooler. It can be seen in Image #2. It needs trimming and riveting. It will make placing the seals on the left back wall easier since now we have a straight line for them. It also will give more support for the Oil Cooler. I had studied the owner's manual for the new Lycoming O 320 and find the recommended limits for the oil temp, pressure, cylinder head temps, etc and so today, I programmed the limits into the EIS engine information system as can be seen Image #3. If any parameters are high or low, a red LED enunciator will blink on the panel and on the PFD and the EIS screen. I think that this will make it easier to monitor all parameters while doing the Stage 1 flights.
