Brief Description:  Forward bulkhead fit to both floors

We started fitting the forward bulkhead baffles today and after several passes with the snips and grinding wheel, we got a VERY GOOD fit between the bulkheads and both floors. This fit can be seen on Image #2. We were even able to "tweak" the floor on the right so that it is at the correct height in relationship to the air inlet lip and were able to take out the bend forward that was causing difficulty. We fashioned Part #12 and put it on the engine and drilled it to the bulk head so now every thing is stable. We put on the top cowl to see how high the bulk head was and approximately how much will need to be cut off. As you can see in Image #3, it is quite a bit. We will probably start with about 1/2" and will probably have to go almost an inch before we get clearance. We also need to trim off the forward end of the bulkhead to leave a 3/8" gap with the inlet and put on some angles for stability.
