Brief Description:  Worked on Rt baffle floor/ wind screen

We worked on the right baffle floor today, bending it, trimming it and riveting it to the angles, etc. We then painted it with heat resistant paint and put it in place. See Image #1 and #2. We also did a little on the left side floor. See Image #3. From the pictures, it seems that we have floors that are a little high inboard in both cases. The pictures magnify the problem but I think that we will try to get a little better fit tomorrow when we start working on the front bulkhead baffles. Claude was late coming out today because he had to go to the doctor. It is amazing how difficult most of this work is without a partner! While he was out, I mixed up some micro balloons and epoxy into a paste and applied it to the fiber glass at the top edge of the wind screen that covers the gap between the canopy and wind screen. It will now be sanded down and then covered with epoxy.
