Brief Description: Drilled all the hinges & camlock hinge strip
Today we marked and drilled the side hinges, both top and bottom and then marked and drilled all the pilot holes for the cam locks. The fit seems to be very good but the thin width of the side hinges made us get a little closer to the edge of the cowl than I would have liked. We placed a light in the engine compartment and used this to see just how close to the edge of the hinge we could get. I would have liked to use a wider hinge. All in all, I think that we have a good and stable fit. Tomorrow, on to the baffles.
