Brief Description:  Dog house fixed-Made clips for wind screen

The dog house was pulling the rear skirts up so I drilled out the rear rivet and made a spacer and put it under the rivet thus pushing down the skirts. I then filled the gap with flox and then micro balloons. See Image #1. We had filled the gap between the elevator and its tips so today, I sanded them down. There were 2 holes in the wind screen/roll bar that put a strain on the plexi so today I drilled one new hole and tomorrow will drill the other. Claude made 6-8 clips to hold down the plexi to the forward deck skin. We again practiced on our technique with micro balloons so that we can be ready to do the base of the wind screen next week. I looked back one year from today and we put our control stick in for the first time. Image #2 shows how excited I was to use it. I don't think that it was actually in the plane and you can see that I was just holding it in place and "pretending". Some times, when it seems that things are going so slowly, to look back and see how far we have come. We are at 1180 hours in just under 13 months.
