Brief Description: Wired & tested tail nav & strobe-Wing jack problem
We finished wiring the tail strobe and nav light. I turned one of the connectors backwards but when I realized my mistake, things went together OK. I hope that wiring & crimping will soon become second nature because we have a lot to do! Claude and I couldn't wait so we hooked up the strobe and nav light and they both worked just as they should!!! See Image #1........We had planned to lift up the fuse and put a higher sawhorse under so that we could mount the wheels today. However, the jack points would not thread in the tie down receptacles under the wings. I don't know what is wrong. There seems to be something wrong with the treads. I have gotten a tap and will try to clean out the threads tomorrow. I hope that I don't ruin the threads! I can't see how you could do without tie down rings on the wings.
