This morning we finished up some glasswork on the empennage components and also glassed in a rib in the wing tips. We then put the vert stab on for the LAST last time, I hope! After fitting it on we torqued all the bolts again. I think now we have put the vert stab on 3 times!....... We then worked on fitting the empennage fairing as can be seen in Image #2. We still have some trimming and fitting but all the nut plates etc are in place.......I wanted to run the rudder cables to see if they would go and they did. We still have to put an Adel clamp to hold them in place but I think that we can do this without removing the tail again :=).
