We worked on the ribs for the right wing tip. We had to cut the flanges to make the tip fit and give us clearance from the aileron. After getting the tips in place, we marked out the rivet line and drilled the 916 rib. We then primed the 2 ribs and drilled in assembly the tip to the wing. The tip seems to fit the wing skin and conform to the shape of the aileron when we got the ribs in place. We did have to shorten the tip some. The upper surface of the tip is approximately 1/16th of an inch low as compared to the aileron when everything lines up but the shape is right on and this shouldn't cause any trouble.
