Brief Description:  Built saw horse/dolly-Mounted AOA flap switch

We have recently had some exciting days. This was not one of them. The finish kit comes from Vans Monday and weighs 320 lbs. so we thought we had better build a dolly for it to sit on when we off load it from our trailer. The airframe is weighing more and more and I have to do a great deal of work inside so we were worried that the sawhorses might give away. Claude built a 3rd. horse and we braced it well. Now I think that the airframe is safe even when we add the engine mount etc. ...... We have an Angle of Attack system that needs to know when the flaps are extended. The system instructions didn't say how to mount the little switch. We had seen a mount similar to ours (Image #3) on Van's Air Force forum and today we mounted it. It still needs a little adjustment for the switch to open exactly at 10 degrees of flaps but I think tomorrow we can do that. ......... We had intended to work on the fuel lines and vent lines today as suggested in the manual. However I discovered that we need to enlarge the pilot holes to pass the lines through from the tank to the fuse. However there is not enough room to do this with the wings on so now we have another thing to remember to do when the wings come off.
