Brief Description:  2. Rigged travel of the RT flap and matched it to

11-8 description continued .. After getting the aperture (hole) in the fuse just right and running the flap up and down multiple times to prove it we then began to check our rigging. We had to adjust the length of the push rod so that we could get 32 degrees of down travel but had to settle for 31 degrees to get the up travel just right! I think that I can live with a degree of flaps less than called for, don't you? When we put the alignment tool in and aligned the aileron with it and retracted the flaps we found that our RT flap and aileron we in perfect alignment and in trail! ....I got a call from Van's today informing us that the finishing kit would arrive Monday on a 3x5 ft. pallet and would weigh 320 lbs. We began to clear a space out for it but we are running short of room.
