Brief Description:  Started work on fuel tank attach angle

We finished drilling the posterior fuse skin to wing spar on the left today and then began working on the fuel tank attach angles. We have drilled a couple of holes in the 499C bracket and cut the 0.179 in angle to the correct size. The next step is to bend it 2.7 degrees to get it to lie flush with the attach bracket and the fuse. Our little brake would not bend this thick a material and I took the angle to 2 machine shops and they don't have a brake with a radius to do the bend either. I have posted a question on the forum to see how others have done it. One of the machinists suggested that I try putting the angle in the vise and close the vise on the 2 arms. I guess tomorrow I can try that.
