Brief Description:  Drilled both rear spars to final size-drilled bott

I had decided to finish drilling the rear spars to final size today no matter what! We had ordered a 5/16ths reamer but I just couldn't wait so I had gotten new bits from Eldridge Hardware last night. We drilled the 9/32nds hole using the guide and then finally drilled the 5/16ths. hole and as you can see on Image #1 and #2 both holes were dead center and the bolts rest flush with the spar! Thank God!!!!!!! After celebrating with 2 glasses of Gator Aid, we reinforced the sawhorses so that our plane with newly sprouted wings would not fall! Then we drilled the lower fuse skin to the inboard wing skin so that plate nuts could be installed after removing the wing one last time...I hope! I have enjoyed building the RV most of the time but I certainly didn't enjoy the last 5-6 days! The tension has been too great! Claude and I will not work tomorrow, Friday, and Nell and I are going to a football game this weekend. I hope that I don't think about the plane for the next 4 days!
