Brief Description: Planned drilling rear spar to size
We recheck all our measurements again today using the 1.75x1.75x1.2 in. drill guide, string and plumb bob and edge distance gauge. Again we saw that the sweep, incidence, and triangulation were right on and that we had edge distance on the rear spar on both sides (5/8 in from center). We then planned to step drill the spars on up to 5/16ths. using the drill guide to keep it straight. However we found the drills that we needed were dull so off to Eldgridge Hardware again. We will drill the final holes tomorrow.... no matter what. I am tired of the stress!
