It was cold today and we didn't have enough light to close the doors of the hangar. However Pete Eldridge came to our rescue because after we had finished riveting, he sent an electrician who installed two eight foot florescent lights. Tomorrow we will be able to see AND stay warm. As you can see in Image #1, we started on the inboard side of the bottom left outboard skin and riveted outward. Some people cIose the skin while the wing is on the wing stand but I think this is better. I had to reach a long way under the skin in several places but we were able to get well over half of the rivets driven. We checked ALL our rivets with a mirror and they all llooked good and there were no "smiley faces" on the outside and all were flush! The wing really looks different with the skins on. We have been looking at an open wing for 4.5 months. Tomorrow we should be able to finish closing the left wing
