Brief Description:  Fabricated seat back parts all day long! 400 hr ma

Today we continued to fabricate all the various parts, piano hinges, ect. for the seat backs. Image 1 shows how the seat back will eventually fit in the fuselage. It sits right on the floor and is adjusted by moving the piano hinge on the bottom of the seat back to one of three positions on the floor. Image 2 and 3 show some of the parts that were fabricated. Orienting the parts as to left and right and deciding which of many corners had to be trimmed and, in some cases, milled down, which piano hinge went where and which loops on the various hinges had to be cut off was daunting. However, I think that we have pretty much gotten the parts fabricated correctly. By the time 1230 or 1300 came around today, we were ehausted MENTALLY.........Tomorrow, we will need to lay out the MANY rivet lines and drill them. Then comes the FUN of riveting all these pieces together correctly.......Today we hit another mark. We now have 400 hours invested in the "quick build" kit.
