Disassembled the throttle quadrant.. Once the bolts are removed, it just falls apart into a mess...
Making sure the clevis rod end was installed in the correct orientation for lever operation, installed each clevis rod end to each lever using the clevis pin and cotter pin.
Reassembled the throttle quadrant to check the clearance of the clevis pins relative to each lever when the levers move asynchronously. There is an admonition from Vans regarding the install of the clevis pins and a need to file the tails a bit to prevent interference, but, the diagram from Vans shows the pre-drilled holes in the levers aligned. The throttle quadrant I have has the middle lever pre-drilled hole ~ 1" lower than both the outside levers, so the clearance is not an issue.
