Brief Description:  Engine Baffle Install - CB Trimming and Init Cowl

Trimmed the right and left CB Ramps. Trimmed left and right forward baffles for Cyl 1&2.

Initially, set the lower cowl on the bottom of the fuse and engine to mark where on the ramps and side baffles to trim.

The lower cowl would not got back quite as far as I thought it would, I'd say about 1/2" too short.

Inspected the ramps and side baffles, no issue here... Inspected the lower cowl interior and realized the left and right exhaust pipes were contacting the lower cowl. Obviously this is not right!
It was at this point, for the first time, I realize the orientation of the lower pipes is wrong, I have the bend in the pipes aligned on the vertical, they should be horizontal to compensate for the lower cowl.

Ok, I can fix this, just remove the cowl, remove the DG clamps for the fuel line attached to the exhaust support rod on the left side, disassemble the exhaust support rods... etc…
