Proceeded with riveting the instrument sub panels (left and right) to the instrument panel flange, omitting the center 6 rivets to enable placement into the airframe. Quite a lot of counter sinks needed for all of the nut plates for attaching the main panel, as well as attaching the sub panels to the flange.
