I dimpled the #30 holes in the left inboard shear clip for a CS4-4 pop flush rivet. This rivet has a 120 degree angle on the head of the rivet, instead of the normal 100 degree angle. The holes were dimpled using a 120 degree 1/8 dimple die set that I got from Avery Tools. Using this dimple die will allow the head of the rivet to sit better in the dimpled hole.
I dimpled the #30 holes in the web of the inboard and outboard tip ribs, and also the #40 holes in the flanges of the inboard and outboard tip ribs.
I dimpled the #40 holes in the top and bottom flanges of the elevator ribs.
