Brief Description: Rudder Final Drilled Skins and Ribs

I final drilled #40 the rudder skins to the trailing edge and the skins to the flanges of the ribs. I disassmbled all the rudder parts and deburred any parts that still needed it. I checked all the parts in preparation for priming.
