I clecoed the rear spar doubler plate to the rear spar and then clecoed the six rudder attach brackets.
I final drilled #30 the rear spar holes to the rear spar double plate. Then final drilled #30 the holes in the rudder attach brackets to the doubler plate and rear spar.
