Well, my work last Saturday 7/17 was a disaster. Way too much micro was applied. Worse, the wrong resin/hardner ratio was used. The resin and hardner were in separate bottles equiped with a pump. I thought the pumps were ratioed, 1 pump resin-1 pump harder. That was incorrect. Each pump put out the exact same amount. The correct ratio is 2-1. This is velocipoxy which uses the same resin as always (DER 324). Only the hardner is different. The result of the wrong mixture was an epoxy that set up fast but never entirely. It remained gummy days later. I spent the entire day sanding the mixture applied Saturday off
